FUSE Marketing Checklist for Artists
Hello and welcome to our festival. We’re very excited to have you on board.
We know you have a lot on your plate with creating, curating and preparing your event. That’s why we’re here to help with the promotion. As a first step, please read our Marketing and Communications Guide for Artists, which your Producer will supply.
Then, complete our marketing checklist below. The checklist is the most essential tool we have for promoting your event. Filling it in gives us a complete picture of your project, and helps to allocate the best and appropriate promotional resources.
The checklist asks you to complete the following sections:
- Event Description
- Potential Interviewees
- Bios for artists and other people involved with your event
- Target audiences
- Media angles
- Ticketing & registration info
- Ticket prices
- Access services
The checklist also asks you to upload event images, including the main Hero Image for promoting your event, as well as any associated video and audio files.
Please supply as much information as possible. It can never be too much. Because the checklist has a few sections, we recommend recording and saving your answers in a program like Word, and then transferring them to the checklist.
