The Art of Making Art is a pop-up exhibit that takes audiences behind the scenes of full-scale theatrical production.

The Art of Making Art heroes the work of five incredible female designers - Crisanne Fox, Chloe Greaves, Zoë Rouse, Emily Collett and Rhiannon Irving - as well as extraordinary photographer, Jodie Hutchinson.

Designing and delivering in an independent theatre context is a labour of love. So we thought we'd lift the veil on the scope and breadth of work undertaken over the past eight years in costume design alone at acclaimed local Sondheim specialists, Watch This. Discover the beginnings of the creative process, how it evolves from sketch to realisation, hear from the designers themselves via multimedia and experience their impressive creations up close and in context. We invite you to immerse yourself in The Art of Making Art by Watch This, running from Sunday 22 - Sondheim's 90th birthday! - until Thursday 26 March.
