Dance for Health and Parkinson's Taster Class

As seen in ABC's series Keep on Dancing, discover what dance can do to help you feel great, improve your physical condition and state of mind.

Come and try without any obligation. All you have to do is turn up and give it a go. This seated and standing dance class was originally designed for people with neurological disorders but we welcome everyone who wants to dance for wellbeing.

""It was a great class, I really enjoyed it. I did dancing after a real long time! I was able to manage it properly. Thanks a lot and see you in the next class.""
