Drum & Rhythm Jam Session

Come make music with community in nature.  

In the lead up to the opening event of FUSE Autumn 2023, Out of the Park Picnic, African Star Dance is hosting a free drumming workshop, presented by FUSE and MAV.

It takes place at Edwardes Lake Park on Saturday March 4 from 11am to 1pm. Find us at the bandstand area of the park, close to the corner of Edwardes and Griffiths Streets. Everyone is welcome to this Drum & Rhythm Jam Session. Bring your drums, shakers, bells, maracas or just yourself. There will be instruments there on the day, for everyone off all ages to play. 

 Let’s fill the air with beautiful euphony and cacophony.  

*Auslan interpreters will be there.
