Henry Hugo & The Barstool Ghosts

This collaboration features a number of local luminaries performing Henry’s dark romantic country themed songs.

After living and performing in different countries around the world, Henry Hugo finally settled down in Zürich, Switzerland. This multi-instrumentalist, composer, sound engineer, and producer, brings a fine and unique sound on his works, mixing different music styles, from classical sounds to punk rock joined by deep, melancholic and daily human experiences through his lyrics.

Henry Hugo’s discography is both extensive and prolific, but not all of his works have been published.

Henry Hugo has opened concerts, solo or with his band The Kindred Souls, as a support act for Cesare Basile in Italy and joined the stage on the mandocaster with Giovanni Ferrario (PJ Harvey & John Parish), played piano with Marta Collica (Hugo Race & True Spirit, John Parish), Phil Shoenfelt, played live with Australian guitarist Spencer P. Jones, played live with American producer Martin Bisi, toured Spain with Hugo Race, Michael Plater and many others.
